Sometimes you really want to update your blog, but it's noon, you just woke up, ate an orange and are about to leave for a 5 mile run so you can comeback and eat the pint of Caramel Kettle Crunch ice cream sitting in your freezer and maybe, just maybe, catch an episode of Law & Order: SVU before work, when you realize that you could post an old Ice-T video and your two or three readers would be completely content with your effort. I've never been a fan of hardcore gangsta rap (by contrast, I was listening to Nirvana while my cousins were trying to write "Thug Life" on their abs in Sharpie). Typically, the violent lyrics are just way too silly; but give me good production and I'll listen to a track forever. The Led Zeppelin sample really does it for me.
